Lymphatic Care
Lymphatic care focuses on supporting the health and function of the lymphatic system, an essential part of the body’s circulatory and immune systems. The lymphatic system helps maintain fluid balance, removes waste products from the tissues, and plays a vital role in the body’s natural defence against infection. It consists of a network of lymphatic vessels, lymph nodes, and lymphoid organs, including the spleen and thymus, which work together to transport and filter lymph fluid throughout the body.
One of the most effective ways to support the lymphatic system is through Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). This specialised, gentle treatment is designed to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid, helping to reduce swelling, improve lymphatic circulation, and support the body’s normal healing processes.
