Myotherapy/ Musculoskeletal Therapy
Myotherapy, formerly known as Musculoskeletal Therapy, is similar to an advanced form of Remedial Massage. Your therapist is skilled in treating complex musculoskeletal injuries and issues. A typical session includes a thorough verbal and physical assessment, followed by targeted treatment. Techniques that may be used include:
Myofascial Release (MFR)
Muscle Energy Techniques (METs)
Mobilisations (gentle joint movements)
Dry Needling
Cupping
Tapping
Exercise Therapy, including home exercises
Remedial Massage
Remedial massage targets musculoskeletal issues such as tight muscles, restricted movement, and pain. It involves both verbal and physical assessments to determine the most effective treatment plan. Your therapist will then recommend a personalized combination of techniques to help achieve your treatment goals.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a procedure where a fine needle, often an acupuncture needle, is inserted into the skin and muscle. This technique targets myofascial trigger points (MTrPs), which are hyperirritable spots felt as nodules within taut bands of skeletal muscles. Trigger point dry needling can be applied to either superficial or deep tissue levels.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping is an ancient Chinese therapy Cupping is a massage technique in which local suction is created on the skin using plastic cups. Hand cups can be used on any region of the body. Cupping increases blood circulation and is effective to release tight muscles, fascia and reduce high tone. Massage therapists can use cupping as an effective massage technique to treat a range of conditions

Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage [MLD] is a unique, gentle type of skin massage technique that promotes fluid circulation and decongests the lymph nodes. It is therefore useful for treating a wide range of health issues, such as arthritis, breast cancer, fluid retention, oedema, sports injuries, pre, and post-surgery. It is also helpful in detoxifying the body, helping with general fatigue and tackling a low immune system.
Hot Stone Massage
This treatment uses warm volcanic lava stones combined with either Thai, Deep tissue .A special stone is heated on controlled temperature water and place along the meridian line of your body to soothe muscle and relieve tension. Theses healing stones are treated with essential oil and applied deep gliding massage stokes to rejuvenate your body. Benefits of this massage include assisting the relief of chronic pain , reduce stress and promote deep relaxing.
Foot Massage
Foot reflexology is a pressure therapy that involves applying focused pressure to certain known reflex points located in the foot to cure or prevent disease. Increase circulation, improving blood flow throughout the body, stimulates the central nervous system.
Thai Massage
This holistic Thai massage combines pressure point and stretches. The idea is to releases the tension, increase flexibility and blood circulation. A traditional treatment that unblocks inner energy and improves vitality often refers to as passive yoga. It incorporates yoga-like stretches to loosen joints and balances major muscle groups of the body. No oil is used during this treatment.
